Our ingredients

We bake with organic flour from brilliant East Anglian growers milled by Shipton Mill, Wildfarmed and Gilchesters. We use the best organic cultured butter from Edinburgh Butter Co. We only use fruit and vegetables that are in season and grown locally. We operate a circular economy with our customers, swapping their home grown produce for bread and pastries.
